Safety:

Our plant is equipped with safety devices as the pressure gauge, the safety valve, the alarming device. The alarms will ring when the temperature and pressure is abnormal, then you could make some precautions in time. At the same time, we design two water seal devices, work as anti-back fire function, which collect waste gases and prevent the waste gases reach to a certain level to be fire. It does not need extra waste gas to heat the reactor when it reaches to a certain temperature. So the rest of the waste gas will burned through a safety air nozzle. Our equipment is highly safe.

Environmental protection:

Our plant is environment friendly. For example, the smoke from the burning coal or other fuel materials can remove through the dust removal device. With high pressure nozzle inside the chimney can solve the problem. It is very environmental.

Highly automatical:

we have the auto-feeder. There is no need to crush tires and plastics. It can save manpower and time. At the same time, we have the pressure gauge which can reduce the pressure automatically. Meanwhile,we have the carbon black removal device which can get the carbon black out. It is very convenient.

Long service life:

The thickness of the material is 14mm,18mm and the part which is burned by fire is 16mm and 18mm. And the small parts we use are the best in China, such the screws we use are the stainless steel. 

Energy saving:

Our plants have the recycling waste gases device. The waste gases connected with a pipe which is linked to the reactor. It serves as the fuel material. Take coal for example, It will save around 100 KGS per day. It saves 20% fuel. It means you can save 20 USD per day. It is not only save energy but also protect the environment.  

Anti-blocking system

Separating the heavy oil and impurities from the oil gas to purify the oil. Heavy oil is separated which can solve the problems of block in the next process of condensation. 

Great cooling effect

All the cooling waters are circulatory in the condensation device. A large amount of oil gas will be efficiently formed in liquid state (liquefied oil)with wide cooling surface, long cooling line.The oil output can add to 1%-3% when the temperature in the pipe cooled well.
